Carrot Rasam



Ingredients

Carrot - 1 big (grated or processed)
Lemon 1
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Turmaric (pinch)
Red chilli 1
Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves - 4
Ginger 1/2 inch (grated)
Water 3 to 4 cups
Rasam powder / Sambar powder 1 tsp
Onion 2 tbsp (hopped)
